Roots&Wings is a mental health support service for expat parents in Hungary. Our goal is to help parents navigate the challenges of raising young children in a new country, providing somatic and emotional support to promote a healthy mind and body. With us, parents can find the balance between their roots and the wings to thrive in their new environment.
